To assist in the process
of vehicle and motorcycle orders upon the supervision
of the Senior Sales Coordinator and coordinate with
other departments / parties to ensure timely supply
of the vehicles To follow up on vehicles movement between
the company’s locations and branches.

Participate and provide the
appropriate data and information for the preparation
of stock orders. Incorporate any changes, if any,
in the basic order information.

Prepare the workings for transmitting
the order to the Principal and follow up on the
correspondences exchanged with Principal for organizing
the timely shipment / supply.

Feed in the information regarding
the specifications, chassis and engine numbers of
the vehicles immediately after receiving the shipping
list of the corresponding order. Report case(s)
of discrepancy to the Senior Sales Coordinator for
corrective action.

Communicate with the clearance
agent to enforce timely clearance and transportation
of the vehicles from the port of destination to
establish adequate control on its movement.

Update the computer system with
the movement of the vehicles from time of arrival
to the port of destination, its movement to and
in between the different sites and locations of
the company till being delivered to the respective
dealer / customer.

Maintain updated vehicles stock
by vehicle type, model, production year, specification
and quantity by location wise.

Ensure that the vehicle booking
system is in implementation by the respective salesmen
in accordance to the company policy and procedure
applied for.

Prepare for timing handling
of the unit sales against previous customer / dealer
bookings so that maintains smooth and easy flow
and delivery of the vehicles.

Ensure complete documentation
and settlement of the sales deal by the sales department.

Prepare the Warranty Booklet
of the vehicles and the Police registration letter
for review of the Senior Sales Coordinator before
submission the same for signature by the authorized
person(s). upon receipt of the confirmation and
settlement of the sales deal with.
