To define and develop
sales and marketing mission / goals and to implement
such sales / marketing plans as to capture largest market
share and gains sustainable advantage in order to ensure
commercial viability of unit sales department and effectively
contribute in meeting the company’s overall objectives.

Evaluate preceding
year(s) performance and future market trend to arrive
at rational budget / forecast proposal for the subsequent
year(s) and ensure that the proposal is in conformity
with the company’s overall objective set for
that year(s). Negotiate the proposal with the Finance
Department to substantiate the financial position
of the proposal as a whole before submission to
the Managing Director for final approval.

Prepare and implement
sales and marketing plans to achieve or exceed projected
target and to remain ahead of the competitors and
improving product positioning in market in order
to exploit the current market demand and generate
future prospective for the products.

Prepare and place
the product orders to the respective Principal(s)
on due course and follow up with the concerned department(s)
to ensure that all the necessary actions / procedures
are in place so that the ordered units will be received
and made ready fro sales as per the pre-planned
schedule.

Expedite the
sales and delivery process and ensure that the waiting
customers are informed accordingly so that to meet
the time promised to them.

Organize research
on competitor’s business policies, products
specifications, technological differences and product
innovation to built up reasonable data guidance
for the overall marketing conditions / environment.

Review company’s
own strategies, brand quality and specifications
to bring it line with the buyer’s needs and
taste to beat the competition.

Review the achievement
against budget on regular basis to ensure that projected
sales and gross margins are being achieved. Examine
short fall reasons for corrective measures and actions
require to bring rectify the situation and put it
back to target.

Visit the existing
and prospective dealers to establish healthy, profitable
and tide relationship, check upon their current
demand and appraise them of the quality and durability
to serve the product and emphasis them to generate
more demand for the product.

Maintain updated
knowledge and understanding of the ongoing developments
in the field of automobile technology resulting
in change in the make model and quality of the product.

Promote the product
technical and main features and options in order
to support the product in the market.

Implement proper
and attractive pricing policy for the product(s)
that could gain customers’ acceptance and
appreciation to the product(s).

Decide upon the
introduction of new models / makes to enhance product
mix / line up.

Interact with
the Principal(s) to keep them posted on market condition
and customer preference enabling them to develop
their product.

Attend management
board meetings and present the current status of
the business and the assessment of future marketing
trends and prospects. Propose future plans and strategies
to achieve or exceed current position and share
in the market.

Guide, train,
appraise and keep the subordinate staff motivated
to ensure high degree of productivity, efficiency
and commitment to meet the department overall objective.
Out of which at
least (4) years in Senior managerial sales and / or
marketing position.
