Basic Purpose of
the Job
To provide a wide range
of professional human resources services to the Company,
in order to support the management in maintaining a
trained, motivated and efficient team at all times so
as to effectively achieve companies over all objective.
Responsibilities
-
Receive
manpower projections and plan form the line management,
compiles annual Manpower Budget for Honda (Egypt),
by accurately entering the relevant data into the
system in accordance with the Manpower Budget guidelines
in order to ensure timely completion for the management’s
review/ approval.

Start recruitment
exercise by obtaining permission from labour department
to recruit from the people other than those registered
with the Employment Exchange and takes all related
actions in an organized manner, so as to facilitate
the selection and appointment of the best candidate.

Establish
close and trust worthy relationship with Social
Security and Labour department to handle matters
relating to their respective department such as
setting up social security records and obtaining
labour card to legalize the employment of new recruits.

Prepare
monthly pay roll statement and provide necessary
inputs into the system to ensure timely and accurate
preparation of the Pay Roll Bank Module and its
submission to the bank enabling them to process
payments to the employees.

Initiate
annual appraisal exercise by circulating to the
line management necessary documents and guidelines
for assessing employees efficiency and productivity,
ensures its completion in times so as to use it
for training, career development and monetary reward.

Process
termination, retrenchment and retirement documents,
calculates and settles, and end of service benefits
as per company rules with the approval of HR &
Administration Manager. Obtains waiver letters so
as to avoid any dispute/ litigation in future.

Create,
update and systematically maintain staff files and
other records of the employees of the Company accuracy
and facilitate prompt reference and retrieval when
required.

Deal with
the Labour Inspectors, Social Security Officials,
and officers of taxation department in case of any
dispute in their respective areas, between employees
and the company, and ensures amicable settlement
to protect the interest of company.
