To prepare the Annual Human Resources
Business Plan and establish SMART Objectives which
identify areas of operation where productivity requires
enhancement
To co-ordinate an effective and
efficient Payroll / Management / Resource allocation
through establishing a flexible work force throughout
the Division, based on the principles of Multi Skilling
and Multi Tasking.
To maintain a systematic recruitment
and selection process, maintaining a database of
internal and external candidates for organization
employment, whereby the primary focus is to provide
development opportunities and promotions from within
the company, with external recruitment as back up.
To establish an effective recruitment
procedure to obtain the best talents in the market
place at competitive, but responsible remuneration
packages.
To implement an effective and
efficient day to day communication, administration
and reporting , to and between the organization’s
departments and individuals, resulting in a highly
motivated, flexible and multi skilled workforce.
Knowledge / Education:
University graduate
Human resources post graduate study,
Preferably MBA degree
