To provide a wide
range of professional and efficient secretarial and
administrative services to the Managing Director enabling
him to effectively manage his executive and administrative
functions and fully devotes himself to the attainment
of the overall objective of the company.

Draft independently
normal routine letters, memos, e-mails received
by or originating from the respective manager and
dispatches to the concerned party(s) and keeps him
posted if necessary.

Interact
with the departmental managers to collect information
on the current status of business for the respective
manager(s) to examine and analyze the performance
of the department and to take corrective action
if required.

Interact
with principals / overseas suppliers and business
associates to organize meetings or to follow up
on some pending business matters enabling the respective
manger(s) to plan his / their business meetings
and strategies to tackle the business.

Collect
board meeting papers from the departmental managers,
compile the information and prepare and distribute
files to all department managers and the Managing
Director enabling them to make presentation in the
board meeting.

Maintain
high degree of confidentiality and ensure that no
important and / or sensitive information is leaked
out resulting in serious administrative problem
or causing serious damage to company’s commercial/business
interest.

Coordinate
with top management and concerned third parties
to finalize date and time of the board meeting,
and also interact with other corporate departments
to obtain or convey information on business matters
as and when directed by the competent management
to do so.

Create,
update and systematically maintain files and other
records of the respective department in such a way
as to facilitate prompt reference and retrieval
as and when required.
